Hold the close electric shaver by its handle and run it smoothly over your beard and moustache hair without pushing down hard. Like all Series 3 ProSkin shavers, the 3000s has been designed to be easy to use with a simple on/off switch. The Braun ProSkin Series 3 electric beard shaver is not fully waterproof. Therefore, it is not advisable to completely submerge the electric foil shaver at any time. That being said, this Braun Series 3 ProSkin shaver is washable, meaning that you can run the head under a tap as you fill a handbasin, for example. The protective cap supplied with this Braun Series 3 ProSkin model simply clips over the foil and cutter cassette when the unit is not in use. This helps to prevent the foils in the head of the unit from being damaged by bumps and scrapes, thereby ensuring you obtain a close shave from your Braun electric shaver the next time you use it. Good adequate shaver
Bought this no frills shaver after shaving of my beard and fed up with wet shaving. My previous electric shaver was a 1775 so thought I'd give this one a go. I am so glad that I did, it gives me a great shave obviously you have to go over some areas more than once but the results are as near as a wet shave. A shaver that just shaves no frills corded or cordless and gentle on the face. Could have been supplied with a storage pouch/case. But a first class shaver.

Doesn’t shave your hair
The only thing that actually removes hair is the precision trimmer tried on face, hair and leg hair and doesn’t remove anything

Very Comfortable
The shaver is real portable, has a good grip, and just glides over my skin. It's probably he most compact lightweight Braun shaver that I have ever had.

Nice stuff
I'm using this second year and no any issues, absolutely incredible product. Im using all the time in bath, sinking in the water each time and no problem,its same made as wet and dry washable. Nice.

Good Shaver

Smooth shave. Limited features.
[This review is part of a promotion]Having used this for the past month I'm happy with the quality of the shave. It glides smoothly over my skin giving a close shave, even the hard to reach ones around my chin and neck. It's easy to clean with a removable foil head and I just wash the foil. It does just shave though. I would've liked an edging blade too as I find it useful for keeping the side burns in check. I like the charger though as it's not too fancy and literally just plugs in with no special stand. A smooth shave though.
